I very much appreciate the personal attention Dr. Florence gives me in a professional and friendly manner. He knows of my low threshold for pain and makes sure I experience very minimal pain. It is always a pleasant experience whenever I see him. I learn a lot, from the him and his staff, about many things. For me, that is fun! It almost want to stop brushing my teeth so I can see you more often. The only thing that bothers me, is the amount you charge for your stellar services, and that they are dictated by the insurance companies. How can it be that someone of your caliber cannot charge any more that someone who delivers substandard service? I truly believe you are worth far more than you are paid.
